I’ve been sorting through a lot of movies this week to find some unique audio clips. I didn’t want to pick anything that people could identify quickly or would feel is too cliche. Got a good handful! Here’s some of the clips I narrowed down to:

Hit a lot of “ah-ha!” moments working through this shot (about eyes, hands, gestures, workflow, everything). I want to use those takeaways to start with a fresh shot. The process should go even cleaner and quicker…

Cleaned up the body and worked on the face. Spent a lot of time studying acting ~ really paying attention to eyes and hands. Amazing progress of learning this week ~ hit some “Ah-ha!” moments

This week we were given Bishop, so I’m tackling my first shot AM of a character with a face.

I ended up choosing the first dialogue clip.

In spirit of the McKayla Maroney memes, I recreated her in 3D.

This is just another pose I chose to recreate. I’ve been practicing with different expressions to get used to manipulating the face rig on Bishop.
